Oyster ® - 550 Protein and Oyster ® - 650 Protein are especially designed for protein labeling. The dyes come with a hydrophilic long arm linker to reduce unspecific binding.
Oyster ® - 550 DNA and Oyster ® - 650 DNA are based on the same fluorescent core structure and feature a traditional C6-linker, to ensure highest coupling efficiency towards amino modified oligonucleotides or cDNA.
